Fullstack Job: Developer

• Knowledge is generally acquired by having completed an undergraduate degree in computer science or engineering, and a minimum of five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Springboot framework which uses Java language for our backend
• Angular framework which uses Typescript language for our frontend
• Fullstack developer preferred.
• Ensures that system integration is seamless, efficient, and complete.
• Proposes solutions to improve team processes.
• Provides input on when to release product increments.
• Performs code reviews and provides constructive feedback to peers.
• Participates and/or leads application design sessions.
• Provides feedback to senior technical leaders regarding design issues encountered during development.
• Supports application implementation by resolving complex implementation issues.
• Proactively researches new technology and applies and shares this information to forward the development process.
• Ensures that all development team members understand standards and processes related to client development methodology.
• Decision making authority.
• Makes decisions related on software development activities, system design and interpretation of business requirements.
• Makes decisions on the design of technical solutions.
• Provides input on system integration.

Requirements:

• Ability to produce working code with minimal supervision on relatively routine development tasks.
• Ability to solve technical problems.
• Proficient in a chosen technology stack.
• Knowledge of key technologies.
• Ability to communicate moderate to complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to produce a well-designed solution in a reasonable amount of time.
• Ability to design and implement a framework that is regarded as easy to use.
• Understanding of common design patterns and when to apply them.
• Ability to find solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent trouble-shooter.
